Here's my entry for:

Can't believe I finished in a timely manner. Well, within the second extension period, anyway.

I'll refrain from writing reams and reams of text; succinct is the go, or here's hoping, anyway:

|| Trainer ||
Speedy G, otherwise just Speedy, is more reminiscent of yours truly than anything OC. The name, for instance, is a favourite alias. What's more, many of the qualities and quirks Speedy possesses are my own, or exaggerations. I'll proceed to describe her in the third person, though, for your convenience.

Perhaps too open-minded for her own good, indecisive to the core, and a perfectionist inflexible and defiant, Speedy is a Goldenrod baby born to old-fashioned, overbearing parents. Case and point, only on her 20th birthday was she permitted to vernture into the big-wide-world; "Y-you don't know what's out there," her Mother would warn. "Who's out to get you--why, you could run into... A MAN!"

Though she sometimes misses the cushy lifestyle her folks provided, she holds-fast to this newly-found sense of freedom, and alongside a team of loyal Pocket Monsters, Speedy's sanity and convictions remain intact when roughing it becomes--well, rough. Camping was never her forte.

Side note: Her alternative outfit is an homage to one particular night out, and one particular friend, who donned a frog-hat and coined the phrase: “F-cking genki!” Ah, good times.
